Together by Design Engraving — Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final.

Every product we make is custom-engraved and made-to-order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Cancellations: Cancellation requests are accepted at our sole discretion. If a cancellation is approved, a cancellation fee of $10.00 + 15% of the order total will be deducted from your refund to cover materials and production costs already incurred. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number — once engraving has started, cancellations will not be approved.

Pre-Order Items: All pre-order purchases are final and non-cancellable. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept that no cancellations will be granted regardless of circumstance.

Local & State Law Compliance: It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that any product purchased complies with their local, state, and federal laws prior to ordering. Together by Design Engraving is not responsible for purchases made in jurisdictions where the product may be restricted or prohibited. In the event an order cannot be fulfilled due to legal restrictions in the buyer's area, a one-time store credit of 50% of the order cost will be issued — but only after orders have begun shipping. No store credit will be issued prior to the shipping phase.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or with an engraving error on our part, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will work with you to make it right.

We are not responsible for errors in personalization submitted by the customer (misspellings, incorrect names, etc.), so please review your order carefully before submitting
