Together by Design Engraving — Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time: All orders are made-to-order and require 5–24 business days for engraving and production before shipment. Processing times may be longer during busy periods, as we work on each order individually in the order it is received. Pre-order items are not included in this timeframe and will have their own estimated ship dates communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and typically range from $8–$30 depending on the product type and size.

Combined Shipments: We reserve the right to ship multiple items together in a single package.

Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 8–29 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Insurance: All shipments are insured for the product purchase price only. Shipping costs are not included in the insured amount.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being handed off to the carrier. In the event of a loss, theft, or damage claim, we will work with you to file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier. Please be aware that carriers typically require a mandatory waiting period before a claim can be processed.

Shipping Address: It is the buyer's sole responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
