Together by Design Engraving — Terms of Service
By placing an order with Together by Design Engraving, you agree to the following terms:
Custom Orders: All products are made-to-order and personalized based on the information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of all personalization details submitted at checkout. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect customer-submitted information.
Limited Availability: Many of our products are released in limited quantities (e.g., "Only 25 exist"). Once a product sells out, it may not be restocked. We reserve the right to cancel orders if inventory is no longer available due to a system error or oversell.
Pre-Orders: Pre-order items are final and non-cancellable. Some pre-order items will not enter production until a minimum order quantity has been reached. In these cases, buyers will be notified via email once the minimum quantity has been met, along with an update on their order status. Estimated ship dates will be communicated at the time of purchase and are subject to change. We are not liable for delays in pre-order fulfillment.
Order Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted at our sole discretion. If approved, a fee of $10.00 + 15% of the order total will be deducted from any refund. Pre-order items cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Age Restriction: By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to purchase and possess the product(s) ordered in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to cancel any order where age or legal eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Local & State Law Compliance: It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that any product purchased complies with their local, state, and federal laws. We are not responsible for purchases made where the product may be restricted or prohibited.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, policy violations, or legal concerns.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel orders that are unpaid, fraudulent, or flagged for suspicious activity.
Intellectual Property: All custom designs, engravings, and creative work produced by Together by Design Engraving remain our intellectual property. Our designs may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without express written permission.
Photography & Marketing: We reserve the right to photograph finished products for use in marketing and promotional materials. Personal engravings or identifying information will not be displayed without the customer's consent.
Product Descriptions: We make every effort to accurately represent our products, including materials, dimensions, and engraving placement. Slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our work.
Pricing: All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Confirmed orders will be honored at the price paid at checkout.
Policy Changes: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana
